Coach Bruce Murray

Our founder Bruce Murray is an inductee of the US Soccer Hall of Fame, Class of 2011.  As a US National Team player Bruce scored 21 goals in 85 appearances.


Bruce also scored and assisted in goals during World Cup 1990 in Italy. Bruce also represented the US Olympic Team in Seoul, Korea in 1988.

Before Bruce starred for the World Cup Team he won two NCAA championships with Clemson and was awarded the Hermann Trophy as college soccer's best player.


Most importantly, Bruce has close ties to our community as he is a proud graduate of Winston Churchill High School in Potomac.
